12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS!
12 rounds for time:
1 BB squat clean thruster
2 KB windmill (2/side)
3 burpees
4 box jumps
5 HR push-ups
6 T2B
7 squat jumps
8 TRX rows
9 American swings
10 sit-ups
11 lunge jumps (11/side)
12 suitcase deadlifts

Add 1 exercise each round moving down the list. Round 1 starts with the sprint. Round 2 starts with 2 kb cleans and then 1 sprint. 3 starts with 3 burpees and moves up and so on until all 12 rounds are complete.
