Before starting snatch work open up shoulders with box stretch band pull aparts and overhead rotations. Work on some thoracic spine mobility (cat/cow and bird dog tucks) as well and KEEP WORKING ON YOUR OVERHEAD MOBILITY TO IMPROVE YOUR SNATCHES!
Filthy Fifty – 50 reps each exercise for time
- Box jumps
- Jumping pull-ups
- KB swing
- Walking lunges (50 total)
- Knees to elbows / Toes to bar
- Wall balls
Finish all reps before moving to next exercise
