The Mental Switch. This article applies it to solely weightlifting but you can use it in pretty much every facet of your life.  It can be a way of lowering your stress levels by having that an outlet that lets you relax and not have to think about everything that’s going on in your life.  Developing this mental switch is definitely a worthwhile thing that I think can keep you sane, not to mention motivated!  So get out there and flip it!
