Finish up Week 2 strong!

Same weights with more volume


 

25:00 AMRAP – Teams of 3

  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 4 Hang Power Cleans
  • 3 Front Squats
  • 2 Push Press

One partner completes a full round while other 2 rest.  If partner completing complex fails to do so unbroken all partners must perform 3 burpees at the end of the round before the next partner can start.
