Technique Development

Today’s article is a question to one of the top Olympic lifting coaches in the US about how to best develop technique when first beginning in the Olympic lifts.  The gist is that you should focus on making every rep perfect before moving up in weights and making the vast majority of your reps perfect.  Even if the prescribed workout says to go up you can still go by feel and choose to stay at the same weight if you are still a little shaky with your form at the given volume.
