2 Partner teams

x 3 rounds each partner

-then-

30 partner high five push-ups

Partner A will perform circuit as partner B holds low plank.  If partner B falls on the plank partner A must stop and may only continue when partner B resumes the plank. After both partners have completed the circuit 3 times then both partners perform high five push-ups.
