Week 1 – Same idea as Monday, leave room for weight increase and dial in technique. For your hang snatch try to work on your pull under the bar since you will have less leg drive from the hang position.

Hang Snatch

  • 10 sets of 2 reps @ 75-80%

KB Complex

  • 6 KB Snatch
  • 8 KB Press
  • 10 KB Rack Squat
  • 12 SA KB High Pull
  • 14 Plank Jacks on KB
  • Switch to complete opposite side
  • 2 laps after both rounds have been completed

x 5 rounds
