Week 1 – Technique, technique, technique. Clean is just a way to bring the bar to your rack so the reps are listed as 1+2 which means 1 clean (to bring bar to rack) and 2 Jerks (the main focus of the work for this day of the week). Focus on the jerks.

Clean + 2 Jerks

  • 10 sets 1 Clean + 2 Jerks @ 75-80%


As a team complete

Partner A: 3 min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 10 Lunges (each leg)

Partner B: 3 min round

  • 1:30 to complete as many pull-ups as possible
  • 1:30 rest

Continue to switch rounds until 75 pull-ups have been completed between partners.

After 75 pull-ups have been completed:

300 DU cash out
