- 10 sets 1 Clean + 2 Jerks @ 75-80%
As a team complete
Partner A: 3 min AMRAP of:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 10 Lunges (each leg)
Partner B: 3 min round
- 1:30 to complete as many pull-ups as possible
- 1:30 rest
Continue to switch rounds until 75 pull-ups have been completed between partners.
After 75 pull-ups have been completed:
