150217 – mobility

3 things for homework in today’s mobility post.  The first is the foam roller – it’s really easy especially if you get to class early (even a few minutes) to foam roll your upper thoracic vertebrae and ribs to help you get the global extension in your spine to get ready for whatever Olympic lifting component we are doing that day.  The second two homeworks are for specifically the clean and jerk so make sure that if it’s a day when we are doing either of those movements (which is more often than not) that you are doing something to help yourself be better in those movements!
