Week 3 – Increase weight again where possible. Remember we’re working from our jerk percentage not clean since what we’re really working on is the jerk today but still dropping to 5 sets

  • 5 sets 1 Clean + 2 Jerks

2 partner teams

25 min AMRAP:

  • 25 DU/50 skips
  • 15 box jumps
  • 12 bench/ring dips
  • 9 toes to bar

One partner works at a time. For example: partner A performs 25 double-unders while partner B rests, then partner B will complete their double-unders while partner A rests, partner A completes 15 box jumps while partner B rests, then partner B follow while partner A rests, and so on until the 25 minutes are up.
