New Skills

So I’m thinking of starting some skills development to get a little break from all the Olympic Lifts we have been doing in class and I was curious what everyone is interested in learning so I thought I would put up a poll.  Please check it out or let me know in class if you have any other ideas and we will certainly take them under advisement! We will be finishing out the end of this strength cycle next week so the new skills will probably start the following week either in place of the Olympic lift or a short warm-up before the weightlifting section in class.  When we start working on new skills look for links for progressions from or other videos from the instructors so you can come to class ready to go!
