Squat Cleans

  • work up to 2 rep max

Intervals – 40 s work / 20 s rest

  • Alternating KB Snatch
  • TRX rollouts
  • HR push-ups
  • KB rack split squat L
  • KB rack split squat R

x 5 rounds


20-15-10

  • MB sit-up
  • Sit-out (each side)
