Warm-up/Skill

10-15 minutes work on handstands

  • 10 minutes – revisit what we did earlier in the week again (Handstands Against Wall and Kick-ups)
  • 5 minutes – if you are comfortable with the kick-up and the hold against the wall why not work on going to a single arm, right? Single Arm Handstand Progressions – if you’re not comfortable doing single arm then keep working your previous progressions and regressions until you can do them in your sleep.

Conditioning

In 2 partner teams complete the following:

Buy-in – 75 DU/225 singles (per person and may be performed at the same time)

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:

  • wall balls
  • box jumps
  • american swings

-then-

Cash-out – 75 DU/225 singles (per person and may be performed at the same time)
