Olympic Lifting

15 minutes to set your 3RM squat clean


Skill Work

Every 60s for 5 rounds:

  • 10-12 KB swings
  • work on handstand progressions with remaining time
  • Just like last week but work on going to the next progression

Conditioning

5 rounds for time of:

  • 2 sprints (run long side, walk short side) at beginning and end of each round
  • 30-20-10-20-30
    • sit-ups
    • box jumps
