Partner WOD

  • 3 lap Indian sprint (whole class)
  • rest 60s
  • repeat

immediately following the Indian runs

  • accumulate 50 bear complexes between a 2 partner team
  • every 3 minutes both partners complete 20 partner MB sit-ups (total) passing the ball between partners each rep
