  • 7 KB Russian swing

Conditioning

2 person teams for time:

buy in – 150 DU (accumulated)

  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 squat jumps
  • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 push-ups

cash out – 150 toes to bar (accumulated)

One person works while the other rests.  First partner will complete a full round of squat jumps and push-ups before the other can start.
