Olympic Lifting

Squat Cleans

  • 1 set of 2 reps @ 65%
  • 1 set of 2 reps @ 70%
  • 1 set of 1 rep @ 90%
  • 1 set of 1 rep @ 95%

Skill Work

Every 60s for 5 rounds:

  • 7-10 unbroken T2B/K2E
  • work through handstand progressions, choose one of the following:
    • feet elevated plank
    • box pike
    • wall walk up to handstand
    • headstand
    • handstand against wall – if working this progression work to get your feet off the wall
    • freestanding handstand
  • after the toes to bar work on accumulating as much time as possible in whichever handstand progression position you chose for the rest of the time.

Conditioning

3 rounds of:

  • 3 laps
  • 12 pull-ups
  • 21 American swings
