Push Jerk x3

Overhead Squat x3

Skill:

Snatch – 2 Reps Every 90 Seconds for 6 Rounds. Once you have 2 successful rounds, increase weight.

Conditioning:

10 Min. AMRAP

Lunge Jumps x15

Push Ups x 15

Plank with Single arm DB/KB Row x15 each

10 Min AMRAP

Step Ups x 15each

KB Shoulder Press x15

Foam Roll during Cool Down
