– Choose progression appropriate to your skill level and hold as long as possible.                   Rest if needed during the 30 sec.

30 Sec – Hollow Rock

30 Sec Rest

6 Rounds

Conditioning:

20 Min. AMRAP

TRX Push Ups x20 (Hands on TRX, feet on floor)

TRX Skater Jumps x20 total

TRX Rows x20

TRX Single Leg Squats x20 total (Back foot in TRX, be sure to sit back and do not allow knee to go forward over toes)
