TRX Push Ups x 20 (Hands on TRX, feet on the floor)

TRX Skater Jumps x 20 Total

TRX Rows x 20

TRX Single Leg Squats x 20 Total (back foot in TRX, be sure to sit back and do not allow knee to go over toes)
