Partner A: 3 min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 10 Lunges (each leg)

Partner B: 3 min round

  • 1:30 to complete as many pull-ups as possible
  • 1:30 rest

Continue to switch rounds until 75 pull-ups have been completed between partners.
