  1. Kossack Squats
  2. Rotation Lunge & Twist
  3. Duck Walks
  4. Light goodmornings or RDLs

Strength:

  1. BB Deadlifts (80% of best weight) 4sx4r
  2. BB Push Press (70% of best weight) 4sx3r

Conditioning:

Partner Workout

A: Bag Drag with Band –> 10 Burpees –> Bag Drag back

B: TRX Jump Squats until partner returns

x3 Rounds before moving to next group of exercises

A: KB OH Lunges down –> 10 Push ups –> KB OH Lunges back

B: Wall Balls until partner returns

x3 Rounds before moving to next group of exercises

A: 2 Lap Run on Track

B: Abmat Situps

x3 Rounds before ending

Partner A is completing the exercise while Partner B is completing the second exercise until Partner A returns/finished. Switch partners. Each partner completes 3 rounds before moving to the next couplet of exercises.
