Skill: Continuing with Handstand progressions

  1. Handstand against the wall to translating into a free standing handstand. Walk up into a handstand with your chest against the wall, then step away slightly from the wall with one leg coming off the wall. This will allow you to starting pulling your opposite leg away slowly to find your balance.

Strength:

  1. BB Deadlifts (80% of best weight) 4sx4r
  2. BB Push Press (70% of best weight) 4rx3s

Conditioning:

Partner Workout: 3 Rounds per person (6 rounds total)

A. 1 min max V-ups B. Rests

A. 1 min max Box Jumps B. Rests

A. 1 min max KB Push Pres B. Rests

A. 1 min max Plank Jacks B. Rests

*3 Rounds of each exercise before moving on

Partner A performs the exercise while Partner B rests. Switch partners after 1 min rounds. Each Partner completes 3 rounds.
