  1. Depth Jumps 2sx10r
  2. Tuck Jumps 2sx10r

  1. KB Halo (shoulder & core warmup) 3sx6r/side
  2. KB Turkish Get up 3sx4r/side

Conditioning:

-TRX Pullups

-TRX Squat Jumps

-TRX Push ups

-TRX Rows

-TRX Tucks

-2 Laps

Start at 30 reps for TRX Exercises and go down by 5 each round until you end with 0. Laps stay the same.
