  1. KB Halo (shoulder & core warmup) 3sx6r/side
  2. KB Goodmornings 3sx8r
  3. KB Single Arm Hang Swings 3sx10r/side

Conditioning:

2 Partner Teams

-150 Walls Balls between partners – EMOM x5 Sitouts/side

-150 Box Jumps between partners – EMOM x5 Hollow Rocks

-150 MB GUSU between partners – EMOM x5 Jumping lunges/side

-150 KB SDHP between partner – EMOM x5 Plank Jacks

-150 TRX Rows between partners – EMOM x5 HR Pushups

Partner A = Even of EMOM; Partner B = Odd of EMOM

Partner A performs as many of the 150 set exercises until EMOM; then performs the EMOM. After completing the EMOM exercises, partner B takes over with same set-up.
