  2. Box Jump w/ Step down 2sx10r

  2. KB Rack Squat 3sx10r
  3. KB Racked Reverse Lunge 3sx8r/side

Conditioning:

10 min EMOM

-Odd: 1 Running lap

-Even: 15 Wall Balls

2 min Rest

10 min EMOM

-Odd: 20 V-ups

-Even: 100 Single Jump Rope
