  2. KB Push Press 3sx8r
  3. KB Goblet Squats 3sx10r

Conditioning:

Partner Workout:

A: Dead Hang

B: Farmer’s Walk – 1 Lap

A: Wall Sit

B: Stair Climbs x3

A: High Plank Hold

B: KB Rack Hold Walk – 1 Lap

A: V-hold

B: 150 Single Skips

Partner A holds the exercise while Partner B completes the exercise. Complete 3 rounds of each set before moving onto the next set of exercises.
