Conditioning:

A: 50 Air Squats

A: 20 Jumping Lunges

B: 50 GUSU

B: 20 T2B

C: 50 KB American Swings

C: 20 TRX Rows

D: 50 Sitouts

D: 20 TRX Pushups

Complete each set of exercises as a superset. Complete 3 rounds of each set before moving onto the next set.
