Partner Rep Challenge:

60s Work/60s Rest

MB Slams

Plank Jacks

Single Jump Rope

Wall Balls

TRX Squat Jumps

MB Situps – pass between partners

T-plank with push up


Each partner (at the same time) performs as many reps in the 60s time frame. Each partner keeps track of their reps and writes down after completing the exercise. Add up all the reps at the end, the team with the most reps does not endure the meltdown/consequence.
