  1. Warm up: Arms Out/Chest Out 3sx10r
  2. Plank Taps 3sx10r/side (try taps rotating over a box and taping both hands on each side)
  3. Incline Pushups 3sx12r

Strength:

  1. KB Goodmornings 3sx10r
  2. BB Deadlifts 3sx6r (work up to 80% then perform 3 sets at the 80% weight)
  3. KB Russian Swings 3sx10r

**Superset BB Deadlift with KB Russian Swings once you get the correct weight for the BB Deadlift**

Conditioning:

Fabulous 50

x10 Box Jumps

x10 Pushups

x10 Goblet Squats

x10 KB GUSU

x10 Burpees

5 Rounds!!!
