1. Active Chest Pull to floor
2. Quadruped Shoulder Rotation
3. Wrist Mobility
4. Arm reach with rotation

Strength:

1. KB Halo 3sx8r/side
2. KB Single Arm High Pulls 3sx8r/side
3. BB Power Cleans 3sx6r (80% of best weight)
**Work up to 80% of best weight, then perform all 3 sets at that 80% weight

Conditioning:

AMRAP: 25min
– 1 Lap
– 5 Pull Ups
– 10 Push Ups
– 15 TRX Rows
