– Horizontal Jumps
– Alt Line Drill
– Lateral Jumps
– Lateral Cross Jumps
X3 Round
15sec work/ 30sec rest
(Complete each movement for the 3 rounds before moving on to the next)

Strength:

1. KB Halo 3sx8r/side
2. KB Single Arm High Pulls 3sx8r/side
3. BB Squat Cleans 3sx5r (80% of best weight)
**Work up to 80% of best weight, then perform all 3 sets at that 80% weight
