Conditioning:

Partner EMOM
Partners have two exercises they must complete at the same time. Each partner will start on the minute with their exercise, once complete they have until that next minute to switch exercises with their partner and rest. Once the next minute starts, partners will complete the complimentary exercise.

6 Rounds Total for each set of exercises (3/partner):
A: MB Slams x25
B: Low Plank Jacks x30

A: BB Rollouts x10
B: Squat Jumps x25

A: Pull-ups x10
B: HR Pushups x15

A: V-ups x15
B: Jumping Lunges x15/side
