Partner Rep Challenge
1:00m Work/1:00m Rest
KB SDHP
TRX Tucks
Single Jump Rope
Wall Balls
TRX Squat Jumps
MB Sit-ups – pass between partners
T-plank w/ pushup
Inchworms

**Each partner (as the same time) performs as many reps in the 1:00 minute time frame. Each partner keeps track of reps and writes down after completing the exercise. Add up the total number of reps for all the exercises after completed. The team that has the lowest number of reps will have to do 25 Burpees.
