BUY IN – 100 Wall Balls (accumulated)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 squat jumps
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 HR push-ups
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reverse Crunches

CASH OUT – 150 toes to bar (accumulated)

One person works while the other rests. First partner will complete a full round of squat jumps, push-ups, and V-ups before the other can start.
