ODD: 2 Burpees (each)
15 MB Sit Ups (together)
Even: 5 Tuck Jumps (each)
10 Partner Push Ups (together)

10m EMOM
ODD: 30 Single Jump Rope (each)
10 Squat Stance Chest Throws (together)
Even: 5 Pullups (each)
15 Leg Lifts (together) -head together and feet must touch to count
