1500 Rep Partner Workout

75- Ball Slams
75- Air Squat
75- TRX Rows
75- Push Ups
75- Broad Jumps
75- Leg Lifts
75- Lunges
75- Dips
75- Push Press
75- Russian Twist (each Side)

One partner works while other rest. Each partner will perform 75 reps of each workout before moving on!
