Clients will choose whichever progression they are comfortable starting with and trainers will help progress clients to handstands!

2. Hvy KB Rack Squat 3sx6r/side
3. Hvy KB Push Press 3sx5r

A- 50 Jumping Jacks
A- 20 Push Ups

B- 50 Crunches
B- 20 Jumping Lunges

C- 50 Plank Jacks
C- 20 Box Dips

D- 50 Jump Rope
D- 20 TRX Rows

x3 Rounds of each superset before moving on!
