– Negative Pull Ups

– Pull Ups!

2. KB TRX Pistol Squat 3sx6r/side

3. KB Lying Chest Press 3sx8r

50/20 Superset

A- 50 Jumping Jacks

A- 20 Push Ups

B- 50 Crunches

B- 20 Jumping Lunges/side

C- 20 DB Shoulder Press

D- 50 Jump Rope

D- 20 TRX Rows

x3 Rounds of each superset before moving on!
