Complete a partner Med. Ball relay – 8 laps switching partners every 2 laps

4 Lap partner MB relay (2 laps per partner)

x60 Hollow Rocks

x25 KB Thrusters

x50 Bar Facing Burpees

4 Lap partner MB relay (2 laps per partner)

x15 KB Squat Cleans

x30 Hollow Rocks

x15 KB Thrusters

x25 Bar Facing Burpees

KB movements are performed with 1 partner working and 1 partner resting while all reps are accumulated between partners. For body-weight movements, each partner performs the prescribed number of reps.
