1. KB Tactical Lunge 3sx8r/side

2. KB Goblet Squat 3sx10r

3. BB Push Press 3sx3r (75% of best weight)

**Work up to 75% of your best weight then complete your sets**

A: BB Front Squat x10

B: BB Bentover Rows x12

C: TRX Tucks x14

D: MB Slams x16

Go through each round in order from A-D for a total of 5 Rounds!
