BB Snatch Warmup

With an unloaded bar or PVC pipe perform 3-5 reps of the following:

  • Stiff-Leg Deadlift to Shrug (Snatch Grip)
  • Overhead Squat
  • Behind the Neck Press
  • Snatch Balance
  • Tall/Power Snatch (above the knee hang)
  • Snatch
